Crashes constantly...on the first day

Wow--this app has broken the record for the worst app Ive ever bought: it crashes constantly...and I only bought it 6 hours ago!!

Yes, I uninstalled and reinstalled all to no avail, and to be fair to the developer, I tried to contact them first...their domain doesnt even exist anymore. What the hell, Apple? Dont you have some at least some basic standards to prevent con artists from selling utter crap??
